The Goal
To create an identity for a film production company that specializes in art house films, films which are highly experimental and appeal to a niche audience.
The Concept
First came the name - Lonely Passion - through a unique naming exercise, and then came the culmination of the two words. What can represent both loneliness and passion? A candle burning bright in the dark, alone.
At Lonely Passion Production, our logo—a solitary burning candle—symbolizes the light of creativity and inspiration. Just as a candle illuminates the darkness, we strive to shine a spotlight on compelling stories that spark emotion and provoke thought. Each flicker represents our commitment to the art of filmmaking, where every project is a flame ignited by passion, dedication, and a desire to connect. We believe that like a candle’s flame, storytelling has the power to inspire change and ignite the imagination.
The organic offset to the type represents the flickering of the candle, and the kinetic movement of a burning flame.
